Included are Federal Tax Liens filed with the Secretary of State of Illinois.

Merritt State of Illinois UCC Debtor Search. You can search our proprietary in-house State of Illinois UCC database with multiple search options and print capabilities. We can provide copies and any attachments usually within the same day. Microfilm and CD images are stored on-site from 1994 forward.

We are on-line with U.S. Bankruptcy Courts throughout the US and are able to find out if a business or individual has filed for bankruptcy, usually within two hours of the filing.

Case Look-Up With Document Retrieval
One step beyond on-premises research, we can retrieve any filed or recorded document including Suits, Judgments, Tax Liens and Releases, Mechanics Liens and Releases, Deeds, Mortgages, Lis Pendens, etc. We can fax or mail certified or non-certified copies of the document to you. In most cases, depending upon the quality of the original document, we are also able to scan the document and e-mail a TIFF file to you.
